Where exactly do I meet my driver at Terminal B?
Your driver will meet you at baggage claim with a name sign. For Delta arrivals, that means the central baggage claim area. For United or American, same process — just look for your name.
What if my flight arrives at a gate in Terminal B's satellite?
All gates at Terminal B, including the satellite, funnel to the same baggage claim area. Your driver will be waiting there. No need to navigate — just collect your bags.
How long do you wait if my flight is delayed?

Do I need to call the driver when I land?
