How do I set up a corporate account for my team?
Email us or call. We will send you a brief form to capture your company details, preferred vehicle types, and billing contacts. Most accounts are active within one business day.
Is there a minimum spend or commitment required?
No minimums, no long-term contracts. You pay for the rides you book. The fixed pricing and monthly invoicing are available whether you run five trips a month or fifty.
Can I add or remove employees from the account?
Yes. Send us an email with the name, phone, and email of any new rider. We can add them the same day. Removal works the same way — one message is all it takes.
How does monthly invoicing work exactly?
We track every trip against your account and send a single, itemized invoice at the end of each month. Payment terms are net 30. No per-trip credit card charges.
What if an executive needs a last-minute ride after hours?
Corporate accounts have 24/7 access to dispatch. Call or email anytime. Our on-duty team monitors requests around the clock and assigns the nearest available vehicle.
Can I book for clients or guests visiting the office?
Absolutely. Many companies use their account to arrange meet-and-greet pickups for visiting partners, candidates, or board members. Just provide the flight info and we handle the rest.
